Women's Soccer | 09.08.2024

Mount Pleasant, Texas — The Eagles women's soccer team took the field for the 4th time in 9 days on Sunday afternoon vs Crowder.  The Eagles put their best foot forward despite being banged up and undermanned.  They fought hard but ultimately fell 4-0.


>> HOW IT HAPPENED:

Crowder used 2 goals in each half to put away NTCC. The Eagles pushed forward throughout the afternoon and hit the crossbar twice but couldn't get close enough to get on the board or pick up points on the afternoon.


FROM THE COACH:

• "That was certainly a long week, and we have to respect the Crowder team. They came in and took care of business. We will recover and learn from our mistakes and get better at training this week before going back out on the road."
