Mount Pleasant, Texas — The Eagles women's soccer team fell on Friday afternoon to Blinn 4-0. The ladies fought hard but ultimately couldn't overcome a strong Blinn performance from start to finish.

Blinn scored twice in each half to pick up all 3 points versus the outnumbered Eagles.

• "Blinn is a well coached team so credit to them and their staff. We are much improved and it's starting to show on and off the field. We are very proud of the spirit of our ladies and the fight they put up. We just have to trust in our work and the results will come."
